Your Business Plan - simplified!

Once you've completed your research and make your business decisions, it is time to write your pan.

First, go to www.microsoft.com and download a free their business plan models. After opening, remove any section you will not be used.

In keeping only the parts you need, you reduce the workload deeded.

How, through you are writing your business plan depends on who is going to see? Will you be seeking a venture capital firm to invest in your company?

If so, your plan should go further into details. If not, you may need a very simplified approach.

Use a professional writer to prepare your business plan if you intend to request financial assistance.

What happens in the plan? All the information we have been collecting since we began our research.

Below are the sections, I suggest that you have in your business plan:

1. Page title

Simply provide your basic coordinates and the name of your company.

2. Table of Contents

List only the first page of each section.

3. Executive Summary

This section is where you give an overview of high-level of your business concept and strategy.

4. Vision Statement

Your vision should provide details on the following points: a. B. Competition DESCRIPTION OF GOODS AND SERVICES v. Price

5. Operational Plan

Your operational plan describes how you plan to run your business. Include information on all of the following: a. B. management C. Employee Policies and Procedures

6. Marketing Plan

In terms of marketing section, you present your entire market strategy and how it help your business.

Outline, at least the following: a. Financial expenses marketing B. Commercialisant vehicles to be used

7. Starting and capitalization of expenses

Detail starter and all operating costs for the first year of operation.

8. Financial Plan

Describes the financial health of your company and how you intend to maintain and increase your income.

You will need to complete your marketing plan to complete the business plan, because the marketing plan is a critical stage.

Implementation of an effective marketing plan is essential to the success of your business. Make sure you do not skip this step!

A business plan is nothing more than a method to make sure to cover as many areas as possible. Not every plan must be fifty pages.

If a simple plan suits your needs and then use a simple plan. Starting a business is not easy; place is especially common sense.
