A good business plan is key to getting the grant money!

Creating a business plan may be the last thing on your mind as you look for support but trust me - a good business plan can be literally the difference between success and failure.
Now that has investigated its business potential, it's time to organize their thoughts and put them on paper. As you do this, you'll see a business plan before your eyes! It will take some time and thought, but the process is easier than you might think.
Here is an easy way to create your business plan. It helped me tremendously because I tend to think in blocks of thought rather than sit and write for hours at a time. Keep a "Business Plan" notebook with you and write down their thoughts as they come to you. Then, writes in his draft, when you're at home or office.
